Me and my kids and three other families (minus the dad's, they had to stay home and work) headed to Moses Lake on Monday to the Surf and Slide Water park. We had beautiful weather and the kids had a blast with someone their same age to hang with. The women spent the day just relaxing, visiting, reading and floating around the lazy river.
My non-water bug Tayson even spent his whole day playing and floating around the river. He would get our every once in while to show me his raisin fingers. He even did the body board surfing. I do believe he and the water are becoming friends, hooray! The older boys did the stand up surfing and I snapped some pics of their surfing and their wipe outs. I realized when downloading the pics that I didn't even get one of Brittin since I hardly saw her, she was much to busy on the water slides and diving boards. It was really nice to get away and spend a fun summer day with friends playing in the water.

That looks like a TON of fun! I'm glad you all had a relaxing time! I'm with Tayson! I too LOVE lazy rivers!!!
Looks like tons of fun! We are going to have to take a trip to one of the water parks here soon...the summer is already getting away frome me!
