Christmas 2008

Christmas eve was spent running goodies around to nieghbors and following clues to find where our new Pj's were hidden. Once we found those we played a few board games and watched a movie before finally falling asleep.
Christmas at our house this year was a good one. It was just our little family so it was quiet but fun. We were all awake by 6 and ready for the fun to begin. I don't think we even got dressed on Christmas day we just spent the whole day playing games and watching movies. We were all spoiled this Christmas with Santa leaving us two computers. Here are some shots we took as things happened on Christmas morning.

Just chillin in my new pj's on Christmas eve

Santa brought our family two new computers for downstairs.

This is what it looked like after Santa came and before the kids hit!

Yawn, yawn, waiting, waiting for Brandon to say he is ready with the camera for us to come up and see what Santa left us.

Thanks gpa and gma, I love my new headphones!

Cool new hoodie

Hmm, each envelope tells me I am getting a little closer to my present. What will it be?
A-ha!
It's a spa treament for the motel we are staying at in Vegas in a couple of weeks.
Massage here I come!
I also got a very pretty fossil watch.

Santa came through for Tayson this year getting him Lego Batman for the wii. He also got a few other fun games, I spy treasure hunt, pirana panic board game, boom blox, and some clothes.

Yahoo an oven mit! Just what I wanted. heehee. Mom is a pro at disguising presents in things so when you shake them you cannot tell what they are. An oven mit is the perfect thing to put an xbox game in so it can't move around. Then you just add some beans to the box to make lots of noise.

Yesssss! City folk Animal crossing for the wii. Sims Kingdom and some fun clothes and shoes. Brittin was a happy girl.

Brandons always happy with some gum and of course a big chair massager to go along with it.

I am dreaming of going to BYU so I better start wearing there logo.

Busters favorite present. This little jumping spider has given us and Buster hours of entertainment. It is soo fun to watch him bark at it and try to get it and then it jumps at him and he runs away, but always comes back for more.

What a fun mess!

We hope you were all blessed this Christmas and had a wonderful celebration.

Looks like a fun Christmas. Are you going to have to set down some major Wii time rules, or are your kids good at governing that? If Bryce got that many computer games, I am afraid it would just mean a lot of begging to play the games all day long. I'm interested in your insight since the pull to computer games will only get stronger as he gets older.

Annie, we have time limits set on how long they can play each day and that is only after homework, chores etc... are done.
