We had a great New Years Eve. The older kids had a big stake party and dance to attend so Brandon, Tayson and I headed to the Franklins with a few other families to party. We had a great time playing games and eating lots of good food. I took my camera and it sat in the case the whole time. (whoops) you'll just have to imagine us having fun and ringing in the new year with poppers and sparkling cider.
Since then we have been spending our time shoveling the driveway, sledding, shoveling the driveway, building snow forts and shoveling the driveway! It has been snowing pretty much every day since Christmas. It seems like we are shoveling twice a day, oh well at least it gets us out of our pajamas and out getting some exercise.

The kids went out to make a snowman and the snow was too powdery so they just buried our lighted deer instead. Poor guy!
It has snowed even more since these pics were taken and I keep forgetting my camera when we go sledding so someday you might get to see some sledding pics if I can remember to take it with me.

No fair, I wanted to go to a New Years party at the Franklins! My kids would love some of your snow too! However, I am happy with warmer weather.
