I ususally try to post thankfuls at least once a week and it just happens to end up on Sundays most of the time. I guess that is the day when I am thinking about things that make me happy and things I am thankful for.
So I missed them yesterday and was thinking about them today so here it goes:
My lesson went well yesterday, and I think I understand and see the importance of the words of Isaiah more than before. I will admit when I get to that part of the BofM I ususally just read through and don't try to analyze it too much because I just don't get it, but my lesson gave me a new perspective. I hope it helped others too.
Jordan bore his testimony in sacrament meeting yesterday. It was due to peer pressure, but whatever works! I am proud of him and his testimony was great. We have been having some hard times with him lately and it's nice to hear him admit that he loves us even though he doesn't act like it alot of the time. I love him to death and he is a good kid, but needs to work on his choice of friends, they make all the difference.
I already posted this, but I am so glad that we have cold purified water and ice at the touch of a button. I know that it will help all of us drink more water. I am the worst, I would much rather have a pepsi than yucky water from the tap.
Tayson is doing better this week. He had a rough week last week. His stomach was hurting all week long and we saw the doc twice trying to get to the bottom of his aches and pains. He seemed alot better on the weekend and so far today. He thinks maybe he is just allergic to school.(his words)
It has reached 60 four days in a row. Wahoo! Spring is almost here and I can't believe it is already March, this year is flying by. It has been a long winter, my white, white legs are evidence of that. Come on sun so I can get some color back into my body.
Brandon and I are going to spend some time in Seattle ALONE!!!! Brandon will be at a conference all week in the middle of March so I am going to meet him on Thursday and we will stay until Sunday. It has been sooooo long since we were able to get away without kids. It makes it tough not having any family closer than 1000 miles away. I can't wait to shop, and eat at new places, and just spend time with my sweet hubby.

Ahhh, teenagers. I can't WAIT. It's those moments when you see who they really are that make all the hard stuff a bit better, isn't it? (I am sure I will be asking you for advice in a couple of years!)
