Busy week

Wow... this summer is flying by so fast. We have spent the last week getting Jordan ready for his high adventure climb of Mt. Adams this next week.... I do have to say trying to find wool pants is a huge headache! I think we actually have him ready and he is very excited about this trip.
They will be whitewater rafting the first two days and the they will change gears and hike 9000 feet to the summit of Mt Adams...most of it through the snow. It should be a great experience for him and the other priests. We then will meet him on Friday as they get back to the bottom of the mountain and take him with us to Utah. Should be a smelly ride...heehee!

We are excited to go visit family in Southern Utah. Brandon is even going with us this time and just flying back early for work. We will be stopping on our way down and attending the Shepherd Family reunion. It will be fun to see family that we haven't seen for years. We then will stop in Richfield and visit with Gpa Holt (Brandons gpa). His gma passed away in March and we were not able to make it down to her funeral. His gpa is very lonely and we are excited to see him. Then we will go to Kanab and see my family. We will get to spend two weeks so we should be able to visit a lot of friends and family. Hopefully it wont be too hot! We are excited to spend time camping, swimming, playing at the lake and riding the four wheelers. Can't wait to have Sunday dinner with the whole family.
