We had a great Christmas. We drove to Utah and suprised my parents by caroling at their door on the Wednesday before chistmas. The kids got out of school for the holiday on Dec. 14, so we left Wenatchee on the 15th and made it to Grace Idaho to see Brandons parents. We spent a few days with them and then headed to Richfield to visit with Brandons grandparents. He hadn't seen them for about 4 years so it was great getting to see and visit them.
Then we headed to Kanab for the big suprise. We had a great time hanging out with my family and with Brandons family in Southern Utah.
If you did not recieve a christmas card this year it is because I am a slacker and did not get them out before we left. So Merry Christmas from the Shepherds! I figured getting my blog up and going would be better than sending a letter so you can stay up with the happenings at our house all year long.
We are now back home and it is so nice to be back. I love to travel and visit but its always nice to be back in my own house and bed. It has been snowing pretty much every day since we got back so Jordan has been able to get some snowboarding in. That makes him happy since he missed alot while we were gone.
I will continue to post more pictures, and our new family pics we had taken in Utah when I get them back. So check back often. We love and miss you all. Have a very happy and healthy new year!

Cute family picture. I did notice we did not receive your card this year. I am glad to see why. It sounds like you were having way to much fun with your family. Isn't that what the holidays are really about. It's good to see you on here.

I didn't know you had started blogging, I am soooooooo excited. Update it often!!! As with you we are far away, and I have loved this, it just helps us feel closer to everyone! I was so excited to see your link on Mickie's page, now I'll have to add it to ours.
